MADE TO ORDER JEWELRY
All B&Co Jewelry items posted in this website are MADE TO ORDER.
Crafting jewelry requires 10-15 business days (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays) to produce.
NON CANCELLATION DURING PRODUCTION PERIOD
Once the order has been paid (whether in full or in partial) and is already forwarded to the production team, B&Co will NOT ALLOW order cancellations. Furthermore, it will NOT ALLOW any changes to the order.
Should a client insist on any CHANGES, they can do so once the item is made, but at an ADDITIONAL production cost.
CUSTOMER'S APPROVAL
B&Co shall provide the client images of the actual product once item is made before shipping. We will never ship once item is not approved.
If in the unlikely event there are defects in the actual product, B&Co shall repair accordingly before shipping the item.
B&CO'S RIGHT TO DISAPPROVE SALE
If the client does not agree to the terms and conditions stipulated above, B&CO has the right to decline the transaction and cancel the order.
SHIPPING ISSUES
B&CO uses LBC as its third party courier.
Given that LBC is a third party, B&CO does not bear any liability for any shipping delays or loss.

CAUSES OF DELAYS IN SHIPMENT
• INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Client failed to write important address information such as Baranggay, Street, Street Number, Province, etc.
• WRONG ADDRESS
Client encoded a totally different address from his workplace or home.
• NO RECEIVER
Client placed an address that has no receiver during LBC’s office hours
• NO LBC IN THE AREA / OUT OF COVERAGE
If there is no LBC in your area, Client must pick up parcel from an LBC branch nearest him.

IN THE EVENT OF DELAY
B&CO has no power over LBC’s delivery schedule. In the event of delays, B&CO can only communicate with the LBC Branch it transacted with.
Allocate minimum 1 week for fixing delayed shipments.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF PARCEL LOSS
In the unlikely event of Parcel Loss, the Client shall only recover amount declared on the LBC Parcel. If the client selected LBC SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE then he will receive the full amount of his purchase, PROVIDED that LBC agreed to the dispute.
In this case, LBC will send full amount to B&CO and we will send the amount to your account (BPI, BDO, Paymaya).
If the Client chose REGULAR SHIPPING without any insurance, B&CO has no obligation to replace, or pay for the corresponding amount of the lost order.
